1. Products & Usage
We sell SIM cards for UK use.
It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your device and network. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect activation, misuse, or non-compatible devices.
2. PAC Codes
If you request a PAC code to transfer your number, note that refunds will only be processed after 30 days, once the code has expired.
3. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to request a return if the SIM card is unused and unactivated.
See our full Return Policy for more details. Used, activated, or tampered SIMs are not eligible for return.
4. Shipping
All SIM cards are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48/Tracked24 by default.
Faster shipping options such as Tracked 24 and Next Day Special Delivery are available at checkout.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your item has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by delayed delivery, network issues, incorrect use, or failure to activate the SIM.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and only collect the information necessary to process and ship your order. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services implies agreement with any changes.
