Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your SIM card to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your SIM card must be unused, unactivated, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@goldennumber.co.uk . Returns must be sent to the given address.
➔ Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
➔ Note:
* If a PAC code has been issued, your refund will be initiated only after 30 days, once the PAC code has expired.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the SIM card is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Registered SIM cards
* SIM cards that have been used or tampered with
* SIM cards where the PAC code has been used but the 30-day expiry has not passed
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct SIM card is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:
* Refunds for non-activated SIM cards will be processed within 10 business days.
* Refunds for SIM cards with issued PAC codes will only be processed after 30 days, once the PAC code has expired.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
